Sarah Youngblood returns to Casa Mañana to star as “Bowery Beauty” in Disney’s Newsies. She has been performing under the Dome since 2008 and has been in over 25 productions. “Thanks to Casa, I found my love for theatre and am currently pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre at TCU!” She can’t wait for audiences to see this talented cast on stage, “Plus, I am always excited for any opportunity to sing and dance!”
Sarah credits director Joe Sturgeon for her love of musical theatre. “He directed my first shows at Casa and allowed me to participate in professional theatre at a young age. Thanks to him, I met my best friends and quickly found my calling in life!”
She shares that her favorite coffee shop, Ampersand, next to Casa Mañana, is a major perk, “I’m so excited to bring my cast there before rehearsals and shows.”
