REPORTS TO: House Manager
OBJECTIVE: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a smooth operation of the bar and merchandise areas. Work in a fun environment.
HOURS: Evening and Weekend hours based on weekly theatre schedule, not to exceed 40 hrs per week without prior approval.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Ensure that operations run smoothly for patrons who attend the theatre
- Be TABC licensed and maintain all guidelines according to TABC
- Help managers maintain inventory
- Stock bar and merchandise
- Take payments through Square and give correct change to patrons
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested
- Table service experience a plus
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college
SKILLS:
- Friendly attitude
- Strong verbal

- Communication

REPORTS TO: Box Office Manager
OBJECTIVE: Provide support for the marketing team by giving excellent customer service to patrons through the ticket sales process.
HOURS: Part-Time, up to 30 hours per week, the Box Office is open Tuesday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday and evening hours based on the weekly performance schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests of Casa Manana
- Processing ticket sales and answering patron questions with poise and patience
- Balancing cash and receipts with manager
- Addresses all customer concerns related to ticket processes, policies, seating maps and show details
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
SKILLS:
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Proficient with computer software systems
- Organized
- Efficient
- Detail-oriented

REPORTS TO: Shop Foreman/Technical Director
HOURS: Full time, non-exempt. Hours based on theatre schedule and will include nights and weekends
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build props and scenery for 10-11 full productions per year plus events and educational programs
- Load ins and strikes of all productions and events
- Operation and maintenance of Casa Mañana’s facilities
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by technical director
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able/willing to work at height (ladders/lifts/theater grid)
- Must be able/willing to lift and move heavy scenery and material
- Must be able/willing to drive company box truck (will train)
- Understands stage directions
- Some stagecraft knowledge
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Experience in scenic carpentry and layout
- Experience in metals fabricating/MIG welding
- Experience with rigging for theatre

Casa Mañana Studios (CMS), the Education arm of Casa Mañana, wants to connect with teacher-artists of all types for consideration for current and future contract teaching positions. We are expanding our network of potential teachers with 4 major goals in mind:

ABOUT US
At CMS, we offer education and performance opportunities for students from Pre-K to college. Students learn listening and communication, teamwork, critical and creative thinking, self-advocacy, and other abilities through the exploration of musical theatre’s foundational skills: acting, singing, dancing.
In the future, we will offer more opportunities for students to explore the range of what it means to be a theatre artist, including playwriting, content creation, songwriting, production skills like lighting and set design, and other aspects of the performing arts.

REPORTS TO: Wardrobe Supervisor
OBJECTIVE: Provide support to wardrobe supervisor for in-house costume shop for theatre that produces 11 shows per season.
HOURS: Part-Time as needed for theatre schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Build costumes from patterns or draping
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the shop (clerical work, running errands, costume research and shopping)
- Pre-production and post-production set up/takedown of dressing rooms
- Maintain costumes and any hairpieces/wigs
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by wardrobe supervisor
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college
SKILLS: Applicants should be detail-oriented and organized, have computer skills in Word, Excel, and internet browsers, and must have a car and valid driver’s license.
EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have proficient experience constructing costumes of various materials from flat patterns and/or draping.

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing
OBJECTIVE: Telemarketing to generate sales for tickets and donations.
HOURS: Full-time, exempt (base salary + commission). Office Hours: Based on calling schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Telemarketing of single ticket holders and lapsed season subscribers to convert into season subscribers and donors
- Telemarketing of ticket holders for future shows
- Process reservations and payments in the ticketing system
- Maintain clean and accurate records
- Report sales weekly
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, special events or equivalent work experience
SKILLS:

Reports to: President & Executive Producer
Hours: Full time, Exempt. Hours based on theatre and education schedule
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Under guidance of the executive producer, responsible for the artistic planning and creative direction of the 4-5 Theatre for Young Audience productions per season
- In collaboration with the Director of Theatre for Youth, teach acting classes and develop programs for Casa Mañana Studios
- Through stage and education programs, support and advance Casa Mañana’s DEIA initiatives
- Plan, facilitate and support performing arts workshops and training programs
Ensure a safe and supportive environment - Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by president & executive producer
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has vast experience directing Theatre for Young Audiences productions
- Has experience teaching classes, from beginner to advanced levels
- Is familiar with accessible programming
