Casa Mañana Studios (CMS), the Education arm of Casa Mañana, wants to connect with teacher-artists of all types for consideration for current and future contract teaching positions. We are expanding our network of potential teachers with 4 major goals in mind:

Deepening our commitment to diversity and inclusion throughout the organization,
Offering students of all ages more opportunities for learning,
Providing opportunities for North Texas teacher-artists to explore their craft, and
Developing a program that fosters a deeper understanding of the creative arts for all students.

At CMS, we offer education and performance opportunities for students from Pre-K to college. Students learn listening and communication, teamwork, critical and creative thinking, self-advocacy, and other abilities through the exploration of musical theatre’s foundational skills: acting, singing, dancing.

In the future, we will offer more opportunities for students to explore the range of what it means to be a theatre artist, including playwriting, content creation, songwriting, production skills like lighting and set design, and other aspects of the performing arts.

CMS offers our teaching staff:

  • Competitive pay
  • Year-round opportunities for teaching (Fall, Spring, and Summer)
  • Passionate students and engaged families
  • Flexibility in scheduling when professional commitments conflict
